They formed a business conglomerate named Amass Seed, which acts as the holding company. This group commenced operations in 2021 and is registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms. Initially, they started with a modest capital of only 30 thousand taka and a small poultry farm housing just 3 thousand birds. Today, the organization has grown significantly, boasting 33 sister concerns and numerous other organizations and projects, employing around 5000 people. It stands as the only nationwide business entity in Bangladesh founded by professional agriculturists.
